Emile Weaver, 21, was found guilty of the April 2015 killing inside the bathroom of her Delta Gamma Theta sorority house at the Muskingum University in Zanesville, located just east of Columbus.
She was also found guilty of abuse of a corpse and of two counts of tampering with evidence.
Judge Mark Fleegle could have sentenced Weaver to life with a chance for parole in as little as 20 years, which her attorney requested, but the judge wasn’t convinced the twisted former sorority girl showed remorse for the infanticide. More
