Court frees man who raped woman on hospital bed because she did not scream loud enough

People are shocked after a judge dismissed a rape charge because the victim did not scream loud enough, probing that she consented to the sexual encounter.

Police in Italy, arrested a 46-year-old man after allegedly raping a woman on a hospital bed.

The man of Turin, has been charged with one count of rape. 

In court, the judge dismissed the charge because prosecutors failed to prove that the sexual encounter was rape.  More
