Middletown police said that they have arrested 41-year-old Rhonda Kemp Shoffner, after being accused of slamming her daughter’s head into the bathroom wall numerous times.
Shoffner has been charged with aggravated assault against a child, strangulation and terroristic threats.
She was booked into the Dauphin County prison, and her bail has been set at $100,000. More
