WNU Editor: The GF bought tickets for us to see President Obama on June 6 .... Tickets to see Barack Obama speak in Montreal on sale today (CBC). He is speaking at a huge venue, but the tickets were sold out within 15 minutes. But I give credit to the GF .... they are good tickets .... about 10 rows from the stage. The last time that I saw a U.S. President speak was Bill Clinton about 15 years ago. He was a disappointment .... all that he talked about was himself. I expect the same from President Obama.
Update: And no .... if it was up to me .... I would not have paid money for these expensive tickets. But the GF is the GF .... I have to obey. :(
Update #2: That week is also the week for the Formula 1 Grand Prix. Groan .... Montreal is going to be a zoo that week.
