Police chief shoots and kills man who jumped into his patrol car

Parents are demanding answers as to why their son was shot dead while he was sitting inside a patrol car.

The family said that they were not notified of the police involved shooting until 6 hours after he was killed.

Police in Louisiana, were called to a home West DeSoto Avenue at South Armour Street in Converse, for a disturbance.  More
