The Austin Police Department said that they have arrested 35-year-old Courtney Williams, after being accused of biting the 9-year-old daughter of Librada Henry.
Williams has been charged with injury to a child.
The Cook Elementary School placed Williams on administrative leave. She then resigned from her job. More
