Firefighter will not face charges for shooting elderly neighbor

Police said that they have been called to a home at least 15 times over the past few years by two feuding neighbors. 

The fight has escalated when one man pulled a gun on his neighbor, who pulled his own gun and shot his neighbor.

The two had a contentious relationship as they often argued over the property line.  More
