TYRONE – A Blair County man faces several charges, including strangulation and assault, after police said he pushed and punched a victim in the face because she wasn’t moving fast enough to make him steaks.
Richard Stimer, 46, of Tyrone, is charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, harassment, strangulation and driving with a suspended license.
Police said Stimer was upset that the victim did not make or was not moving fast enough to make him steaks. More
