WNU Editor: "Talk is cheap"?!?! We have learned in the past year via through text messages that senior officials in the FBI who were responsible for conducting the Hillary Clinton investigation were also openly supportive of her Presidential aspirations, and were vehemently anti-Trump at the same time. We now know that the evidence that was used by the FBI and Justice Department to obtain FISA warrants against Trump foreign policy adviser Carter Page were based on a "Russian dossier" that was paid for by the Clinton Campaign, evidence that has not been collaborated, but opposition research that was still used nevertheless in obtaining warrants. We now know that Former Acting FBI Director/Deputy Director Andrew McCabe who was overseeing these investigations was in a conflict of interest situation when his wife accepted $700,000 in donations from a PAC with close ties to the Clinton campaign .... and instead of recusing himself from these investigations, decided to stay on. And then there is former FBI Director Comey .... who felt that there was no problem to leak private conversations with President Trump to the media, while still keeping his position as FBI Director. All of these actions have resulted in one thing .... a President that does not trust the FBI. A Congress that does not trust the FBI. And I dare say .... a good portion of the American public not trusting the FBI. If all that FBI Director Wray has to say is that he stands by the FBI, and that talk is cheap .... while not acknowledging that there is a problem .... well then he is part of the problem, and definitely not the solution.
