Editor's Note

Military and Intelligence News Briefs and World News Briefs will be posted later today. I have received a few emails from regular readers who miss their early morning briefing as well as the briefing on weekends .... and they want to know if I will I be returning to the regular schedule later on. The answer is yes. It is just that in the past few weeks I have been in the middle of a project that consumes all of my time and focus in the morning. I should be back to the regular schedule by next week.
