WNU Editor: The AP is reporting this story .... Royalty, the pope, and now Trump - Putin makes everyone wait (AP). Russian President Putin has a long history of being late for meetings. The only person that I have heard that he is never late for is with his Italian friend and former Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi. But he was early when he met US National Security adviser John Bolton two weeks ago. Is he doing this on purpose .... I do not know. But what certainly does not help is that he apparently has a habit of stating his workday at around midday, and working until 2:00AM or 3:00AM in the morning.
