WNU Editor: One of my cousins, with her husband and 20 year old daughter, are leaving Ukraine today. They are currently in central Ukraine (west of the Dnieper river) and are on their way to Kyiv, then Lviv, and from there to Warsaw. They will be flying later in the week to Toronto (where I will meet them for the day), and from there they will be flying to Winnipeg to meet a friend. she told me this morning that the city she is leaving has power 2 hours on, 2 hours off, and there has been no water for three days.
