A man stabbed a mother and her daughter during an argument about a diet, according to police in Japan.

Osaka police said that they have arrested 48-year-old Shigenobu Kobayashi, after being accused of fatally stabbing 35-year-old Megumi Futase and injuring her 4-year-old daughter Wakaha.  More
