PRNewswire: To meet the needs of the current AIoT (AI+IoT) market, SmartSens releases the SC4238, a 4MP 1/3-inch BSI CMOS sensor. The new sensor supports a 2-exposure HDR mode with a DR up to 100dB, and features NIR enhancement improving QE in 850nm to 940nm band.
