WNU Editor: What caught my attention about this report is that it is the first time in four months that both leaders will be talking to each other. I am old enough to remember when Presidents Obama and Trump talked with the Chinese leader on a regular basis. One or two times a month.

As for this call tomorrow. I have zero expectations that anything significant will be decided upon. This is a call that is being initiated by the White House to discuss trade and tariffs.
The problem is that President Xi has already made it known publicly that he does not trust President Biden. His beef is that President Biden says he will do one thing, but the opposite happens from the White House a few days or weeks later.
