Two top Republicans are siding with intelligence agencies over President-Elect Donald Trump.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and House Speaker Paul Ryan both had supportive words for the CIA, after they concluded that Russia's cyber-meddling helped Trump win the presidency, according to Bloomberg News.

But the pair insisted the findings should not be used to cast doubts on the outcome of the election.
