Specialized Imaging publishes examples of up to 1 Gfps imaging with its cameras. The basic Kirana camera can capture at up to 7 Mfps at 924 x 768 resplution and 180 frames memory capacity. To achieve even a higher speed, up to 16 intensified CCD cameras are assembled together with precision timing to achieve 1 Gfps speed at 1360 x 1024 resolution and 12b ADC. All this is offered as an off-the-shelf product. There is even a 3D stereo camera product with 200 Mfps speed.
