Man urinates on large amount of chocolate bars at Kohl's

A man entered a private area of a department store and urinated on a large amount of chocolate bars, according to police in Ohio.

Toledo police said that they have arrested 48-year-old Christopher B. Burks, after being accused of damaging more than $600 worth of chocolate bars at the Kohl's department store.  More
