* Russian President Vladimir Putin has been enjoying a few days' holiday in Tuva, a remote region in Siberia
* The 64-year-old went shirtless to fish and sunbathe as he enjoyed the beauty of the mountainous region
* He took defence minister Sergei Shoigu with him on the break but had to be briefed on a mining accident while he was away earlier this week
The Russian president has been taking a summer holiday in Siberia, as he puts some of the country's troubles to one side to go diving and fishing.
Vladimir Putin has been photographed shirtless in the lakes of Siberia, as he catches fish and catches some sun.
The premier visited the region earlier this week, and was briefed there about a mining accident at one of the country's largest diamond mines.

WNU Editor: Sighhhh .... my father loved to take these type of vacations. My father and his friends caught the fish. My mother and the other wives cleaned the fish and made the fish soup. And man-o-man was that soup ever good.
