China has achieved quite a lot of advances in cooled MCT and microbolometric imagers, including high resolution up to 2.7K x 2.7K and pixel size down to 10um. These are imagers from Norinco, CETC, iRay, GST, HikVision, and Dali presented at CIOE Show held in Shenzhen, China, last week:
