House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said Saturday that public opinion is now for an impeachment inquiry against Donald Trump after voters saw the 'cavalier attitude' the administration had towards the whitsleblower scandal.
'In the public, the tide has completely changed, it could change now - who knows - but right now after seeing the complaint and the IG (Inspector General) report and the cavalier attitude the administration had toward it, the American people are coming to a different decision,' Pelosi said at the Texas Tribune Festival in Austin, Texas.

The Russian and Ukraine governments are not talking to each other because of the war in eastern Ukraine and the treatment of Ukrainian-Russians. Russia has no influence or leverage on the Ukraine government.
